Guest Haus Property Management LLC ("Guest Haus", "we", "us") operates guesthausrentals.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site, why, and what we do with it.
This policy covers this website only. Our guest-facing booking site at stays.guesthausrentals.com has its own policy.
Information you give us. When you fill in a form on this site, we collect what you type into it.
The income estimate form asks for your name, email address, phone number (optional), the address or neighborhood of your property, and anything else you choose to tell us.
The design and staging form asks for your name, email address, phone number, the address or neighborhood of the house, what stage it's at, and what you're looking for.
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, the pages you view, how long you spend on them, and the site or search that sent you here.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and tracking scripts from the services listed below.
We use Google Tag Manager to load the following:
Google Analytics measures how people find and use the site: which pages are visited, how long people stay, which links they click. It sets cookies that distinguish one visitor from another.
Google Ads tracks whether someone who clicked one of our ads later submitted a form, so we know which ads are working.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) tracking, for the same purpose in relation to advertising on those platforms.
LinkedIn tracking, again for advertising measurement.
Calendly is embedded on our thank-you page so you can book a call. If you use it, Calendly collects the information you enter and sets its own cookies. Their privacy policy governs that.
Cloudflare hosts this site and keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and performance.
Resend delivers the messages you send us through the forms on this site.
Each of these companies processes data under its own privacy policy, and we recommend reading them if you want the detail.
To respond to you. If you fill in a form, we use what you gave us to reply, prepare an estimate, or answer your question.
To operate the site. Technical information keeps the site working and secure.
To understand what's useful. Analytics tells us which pages people read and which they leave, so we can improve them.
To measure advertising. We spend money on ads and need to know which ones produce enquiries.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed above, and only so they can perform the functions described.
Form submissions are kept for as long as we might reasonably need them. Analytics data is retained according to Google's default retention settings.
Cookies. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Doing so may affect how parts of the site work.
Analytics. Google provides an opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Advertising. You can adjust ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, and in your Facebook and LinkedIn account settings.
Your data. Write to us at info@guesthausrentals.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives Texas residents the right to know what personal data a business holds about them, to correct it, to delete it, to obtain a copy, and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. We may update this policy. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
